I grew up watching the women in my family move through life with a kind of grace I'm still learning to understand.

Living outside Korea, I started noticing the things I'd always done without thinking. The way I ate. The way I moved. The way I took care of myself. Things that were just… normal to me.

Now the world calls it K-beauty. K-wellness. The next big thing. To me, it was just Tuesday.
